The Swedish and Norwegian Public Procurement Acts, 1992:1528 and 1992:109, respectively, apply to procurements by the State, municipalities and county councils in Norway and Sweden, as well as any other units engaging in procurements according to these laws. The law also applies when these units are project owners and receive Community and IR funds.
